SE give us a time and date

Hey SE, not only is your whole housing idea and release terrible, you're not even giving us who werent lucky enough to get a house before a time and date for when private housing is released? Like honestly what do you want us to do? Stand there for days and not play the game waiting for a house? 'Cause that seems to be the case.

I think we have another disaster here, I have lots of medium plot avalaible right in front of me but can't buy any. If I knew about that I would have bought a small one to relocate now. If only there wasn't shortage of plots the problem would be solved...

It's what they made us do for the first wave of auto-demolitions in 2015, where they didn't give us a time and people waited around for more than 9 hours. On Christmas day. So... probably?

If you're lucky, they'll post an announcement of a date and do a maintenance on the server. If you're super lucky, they'll put a delay on the purchasing so people can actually get into the server instead of repeating 4.1 (and today, to a much lesser extent). I'm unsure if I'd hold my breath on either scenario happening.

Yea I was there for all of those happenings. They claim they want housing for all but always pull some wtf things. They always try to keep people playing the game all the time and this seems to be one of those ploys.
Its just tiresome. I think people are over it. This morning's been a big ol salt mine. Mine included.
I know some people have taken the day off just in case. lol. Seems like the likelihood is the people that took off got owned by SE once again.

No matter what SE does, it'll boil down to someone saying it is downright stupid they were pitted to race against 10+ other people for so and so plot. Or everyone on wanting a specific housing zone all bum rush it as soon as the staggered wards open and there goes possible lag and disconnects.

They should simply release more housing period. More than this. Theyre yet again giving priority to those who already own homes or dont work. Yet they claim to cater to adults with kids/work etc.
Not to mention why allow private relocation but not private purchasing its ridiculous and lazy. As well as not giving the people waiting to buy a private house a time and date that they can expect to be able to purchase. At the very least providing this information isnt hard. You cant make an excuse for keeping people in the dark about content (half of the people that is.) So again some people get to know/have info and some dont. Some get houses and some dont lol.

I wouldn't mind having a house again. Rooms are imo too tiny and severely limiting on what you can do in them that it affects the gameplay unless you're in a company that allows you access to the company house gardens. I think it's nice though that companies are finally having a chance to get houses so they can provide for their members. I definitely think there needs to be a lot more large houses though for companies that have the money but are stuck in small and medium houses due to large house shortage.

People say a lot of housing was avaibale in goblet and other places last week when demolition was back up. People wanting a house should have bought a plot in goblet not caring about the location and now they would be able to relocate. Not saying that was the option but surely was one thanks to SE. Now I am standing in mist with mediums and smalls everywhere yet 4 hours later

They don't give a time and date because they do not have one yet. There will most likely be an announcement in advance of them lifting the individual purchase stop, so little point in just standing around waiting.

My guess is that they will review the situation on a weekly basis (just like they do with congested/preferred servers), so I will be surprised if individuals can buy houses before next Tuesday at the earliest.
