Why are people talking about this? I mean it can be useful in a dungeon I suppose (Steel cyclone spam not enough?), but all Equilibrium is giving in an actual IR window is TP.

SE never said they were nerfing war. If you recall they said it would be a small buff. Players bad at math were the only ones saying it was some doomsday nerf. But sure, lets just fabricate a narrative to match your salted earth.
