Can we please get more cool looking outfits for male characters?

Oh, I just checked and they updated the 4.2 site to show off the new hairstyles. I already expressed my concerns a few pages back about both of them being very androgynous/feminine...and they're both shown off using female characters which does nothing to alleviate my concerns.

if anyone is interested/cares for simple kind-of-a-speedo lookalike, new pvp gear is literally a subligar type bottom with ankle gaurds. haven't tried them on to look at textures but overall i'm hyped for the pvp gear.

Yeah, that'd be pretty cool. Same for Hien's stubble.

They took the time to create a 'false nails' glamour for female characters so here's hoping they can find the time to add some non-goofy facial hair glamours/customisation options for male characters.

I am bringing this back up because I just ran the Fashion Report and it is one of the most explicit examples of the rampant sexism in clothing against males in this game. Ok stop laughing, take a deep breath, post continues.
Seriously. You get a 'cute as a button' category on the shoes and Reddit is all the rage about the bridesmaid's sandals. Managed to still get 81 and get my achiev and 50k mgp, but this is absurd. Yeah because us guys have such a wide variety of cute gear to choose from, don't we, SE. All the options I've seen available to guys so far only got a max of 4 stars.
This isn't even me asking for more cute glamours for guys, this is about asking them to be a bit less obvious about 'hey we'd like it more if you fantasia'd into a lady chara kthxbai'

The Bridesmaid's sandals were my first thought for 'cute as a button', and the only thing I could come up with that my character can actually wear is the World of Darkness sandals'. What did you come up with for the head slot? My first thought on THAT was the female Thavnairian headdress, but I think I ended up grabbing either the male version or a high house cloche.

They'd better not have seriously made the new minigame impossible to ace unless you're a female character...

Royal Seneschal's Chapeau from the Ladies' Day event. Thankfully that one works as well as the female variation. Didn't even dye it and got a gold. But the shoes have me stumped. I tried all sorts of boots but the best I got was 4* with the moogle slippers and you can't dye those to improve your odds.

Time will tell :I right now you might not be able to necessarily ace it, but it's certainly easier if this week's boots are anything to go by.

Did you try the slippers that match the dressing gown and nightcap set? Maybe I'll try the shoes from the BLM AF1, they had a bow on them, bows are 'cute', right?
