idk if the 3.0 kit would help you here. The fights in this are going to be much more of a numbers game than in other forms of pvp, and it's going to be less about individual skill. You can make the case in feast and frontlines since both ideally are about balanced engagements, but in open world you could have a balanced fight, but more often you are going to be either running from or ganking people.

I will disagree. Me as a ninja and my gf as whm would hold off 4-5 people alone in 3.5. The PvE toolkit allows for much more flexibility than the current system allows and with the 3.0 pvp abilities it makes it even more dynamic.

I would like to add to what Winter said. Being careful and observant as Warrior for example you were able to ermerge the victor in a 4v1; provided most/all of them were physical. If you didn't pay attention and they were all casters you'd be out in no-time. Also I never got to play Ninja in 3.0 PVP but I often had my NIN buddy with me, I'd lure out 1-2 people as DRK and then he'd jump out of hide as soon as I dragged them out of view, all in a stealthy assasination. (Those were the daysss)

And yeah, Third, if this would be with the PVE kit I'd flock to it in a heartbeat and (possibly) never leave lol, however imbalanced it might be.

I don't think you and your gf could hold off a decent light party though, nor would a warrior solo 4 people who know how to use stuns or what they are doing. Keep in mind this time there's going to be a lot more coordination and a lot less noobs in the mode, because the casuals who do frontline are going to shun open world like the plague. I'm not sure if the kit would be good or bad in that sense, but idk, either i'm part of the gankers, or i'm soloing and sprinting off the moment I even hear a trace of a player. I don't think one kit over the other really changes that for me.

Sorry Riyah but you should put the keyboard down. Your lack of understanding debuffs, skills, a lot of things pvp related shows that you don't have the experience to really make the claims above.

You're one to talk. I'm perfectly happy to show you my skill, but you probably need a static backing you to do anything.

How does my preference to be in a group say anything about my skill? I would love for you to explain. You're the one who claimed that pacification blocked healer abilities. You consistently show your lack of understanding about the 3.0 system and resort to your broken record hyperbole. Would love to meet you in Frontlines sometime to see if you back up your claim.

Also your previous analysis of BLM is false. You claimed it took 10 GCD's to burn down a dummy when in reality it is 7 without using any IV's. Once you also get into a rotation it is 5. If I need to make a video for you I will.

It's easy to talk big when others carry you. Wow, pocket healer, so skillful. Organized premade vs unorganized solo queue, sure that takes skill. I'll look forwards to fighting you in game, make sure to bring your premade.

You have the very mistaken impression that premades are automatically strong. I've faced premades with randoms and come out on top. Maybe it was a mistake on their part, or maybe it was coordinating and leading my team well, fact remains, it's all about who plays better. A full premade of people who don't play their jobs well or make critical mistakes frequently won't beat someone who knows what they're doing, and that person is capable of that with or without a premade of their own. EVERYONE is. Sure, we make premades to try and bolster our strengths against the enemy, but again, 1 guy who knows what he's doing can survive 2 or 3 who don't. Even in this new system.

To be fair, I feel like when people are talking about premades they are talking mostly about the decent ones and not so much the kind that don't play their jobs well or make critical mistakes frequently.
