Looking expand FC house on Zalera

It sounds like he's trying to relocate from a small FC house. Which he should be able to do. The RNG timer for plot purchase doesn't apply to relocations.

I'm just going to assume there's a language barrier here, since I was talking to Final-Fantasy about OP wanting to buy a larger house. Since his FC has a small house, I believe he's trying to buy a relinquish for medium or a large so he can relocate to it. You originally suggested he just wait until next week, which is what I would have suggested to him as well.

You are correct. We current own a small house but we would like to upgrade it. As for waiting we might get lucky, however in the patch notes it was stated," Free Companies without a house will get priority." Thus, why I have come to the forums in search of one.

It also says that people will be able to relocate, so your main competition will probably be other people looking to upgrade as well. I'd suggest figuring out which area you'd like to move to (and which medium plot you want, and the name of the aetheryte shard next to it in the main ward as well as the subdivision). Also, if you have the money to be able to have 2 or more people trying to relocate, I'd highly recommend that. It does help that individuals will not be able to purchase, but everyone that currently owns a home could be trying to relocate as well. (Obviously not everyone will, some of us already have our dream homes, but there will probably be quite a few.)
