This was on purpose. Good thing I am only at i295 on WHM so this does not yet affect me as I can't do Skalla without people buying my big money items from my retainers. An unintended blessing.

Never add an instance fight on a patch day????
Excuse me? How else would they add an instance fight into the game without a patch to put it there?
Pretty sure the magical fairies can't put them there without a patch implementation... Though, I will have to consult with Eos for confirmation on that after the maint.

Someone suggested adding a queue option for these dungeons, whereby you can queue as normal, and once there's an instance free for you, it pops and lets you in. Perhaps that could fix it, rather than simply not adding these instances at all?

It honestly would be the best idea, even if it was something like "You can't leave the zone while waiting for queue." So while waiting you could do stuff within the area but you would be waiting. It's a lot better than spamming it and hoping it works.
