The point is: once you buy a house, that account is "locked" from buying others. Yes, you can "play" the system by moving things around a bit, but this vastly reduce the chance of acquiring multiple houses. Flipper still have to contest legitimate buyers for the initial lots, and that's always a tough fight. In fact, even before this the multiple houses weren't as big a problem people are making it out to be. For example in the last release you can't buy a maximum of 2 houses for a simple reason of they are all gone within 5 minutes. After grabbing a house, the time it takes for you to log out and log back in on another character would render the point moot.
I don't think my 2nd point is confusing. Since it's more difficult to do a land grab on 1 account now, you can't flip it reliably any more. If anything, if they still want to do it, the flippers will now have to play more of a broker, and even then it'll be difficult for them.
The only way even for an FC to relocate, is that they must have a house already active. So if say, and I guess this is what you saying: they can have 5 people (minimum if they want to buy more than 4 lots) grabbing 4 separate lots, then use the FC loophole to transfer the ownership to 1 person in the initial land grab. That's still it for them. Even if the other 4 people of the group are free to buy other lots, chance is slim that there are still lots available at that point. Even if they negotiate a relinquish later, they still have to use one of their original "stock" house to guarantee the owner ship due to the relinquish timer. This is why this system both mean it's harder to build the initial stock, and pretty much impossible to add more to the stock later.
There is only one other way for them to increase their stock after the first wave, and that is negotiate a FC transfer from a third party. Which is what my 500mil comment is about. Whoever gonna transfer the house ain't gonna do it for the original cost, a 50mil Shirogane Mansion will go for 300-500mil easily if the demand is there, that mean the flipper will have to pay that instead of the base 50mil.
Again, I get your points. I'm just pointing out not because it's theoretically possible, that doesn't mean it's also realistically feasible.
