    Why hasn't it happened? I want the answer to that as well, because in all honesty the only way to fix the broken system these two dungeons have is to convert them into solo instances. There's literally no reason just to have a roulette dedicated to two dungeons that will never be expanded upon; and if the issue of zerging is so prevalent then it's all the /more/ reason to solo gate them. SE has already gone on record saying those dungeons were poorly designed and yet they keep making the cheapest fixes possible without ever addressing their issues head on.
