Replace Sustain, Dissipation and Deployment tactics to something more useful please.

There is very minimal usage on these actions in my opinion.

Also can we change Selene to a dps pet with minimal heal like her current status now cause her support actions not that great in most cases only situational.
And keep Eos for healing pet as it is now.

Scholars have literally a bit of everything and every skill is something situational and all of them together cover a complete toolkit ready to take care of any situations. Thanks to that Scholar is too strong right now, you just happened to list the most situational.

having a shield deployed to everyone off the start of a tough fight is absolutely essential. allows for extra wiggle room. sometimes you need to eat the fairy to get stacks for emergency healing. you don't know what you're talking about.

Deplyoment tactics? like seriously? i wanna watch you do Shinryu ex in minimal IL and see you survive without it, especially with not very top tier group. oh, and them Almagests in o4s
also you clearly don't understand how it saves another healer trouble throwing additional heal when you use it, even when such heavy mitigation not required to survive.
about dissipation i tire of explaining what it is good and just needs maybe a bit of adjustment, not total overhaul

Have you not used Deployment in a high damage mechanic before, friend? I'm not sure how you could and not see value in the skill. I never tire of deploying a crit-lo and watching a previously terrifying mechanic hit like a wet noodle.

Sustain isn't needed for SCH but because Arcanist is a pet class, it transfers over just like Physick does to SMN.
Dissapation is a very niche action and the general player may not get much if any use out of it. Raiders on the other hand can use this to a great advantage so it's really down to the situation.
Deployment Tactics is an amazing action when paired with crit-aldo. It can often protect completely against many attacks for whoever receives the benefit,. Normal DT Aldo barriers can still be handy but the long cd means you should plan when you use it for the best effect. This was also a great action when Eye for an Eye came with the trait on SCH, but since the changes to the cross role system, Deployment Tactics is mostly there for the shield.

Deployment Tactics could use an overhaul because it's intended use for Adlo and Eye4Eye isn't that great. Most Scholars never have a reason to spread Eye4Eye or to even use the skill period in most instances. Deployment really should be a buff like Swiftcast in my opinion where you use it first and then cast any single target healing spell afterward with the effect spread to everyone nearby. Adloquium would share the initial heal and Shield while Physick would become a low cost AoE. Of course you couldn't guarantee spreading a Critlo but a simple fix would be to have DT increase your crit chance slightly on your next single target spell. Either way spreading Physick or Adlo is better than spreading Adlo with Eye4Eye.

Sustain is just fine. It doesn't bother me and I use it occasionally but it would be great if Arcanist had a trait that allowed Sustain to Proc randomly. I would trade that for the weird free Succor we rarely get from Sacred Soil. Dissipation has so many threads I don't even wanna begin to discuss how it's "useful sometimes but not most of the time and it could be better but..."

I'm guessing you don't do endgame content with the job perhaps?

Deployment is almost required for early progression in EX, Savage and beyond whereas Sustain is pretty solid in any encounter that likes to gradually chip away at your pet.

Dissipation could use some tweaking to help it make more sense and define it's purpose better, but that's about it really.

All could use a bit of tweaking, Dissipation more than the other two, but all of these skills are acceptable as of now. Deployment Tactics just feels a bit iffy now since it only works with Adlo. Giving it another use or shortening its CD would make it feel more on par with other skills. Dissipation is the only one where people are still like huh??? And that seems easy to fix. Why SE hasn't done it yet is anyones guess, as we've seen they can adjust mid expansion.
