When you see someones glamour with non matching boots
I like some of the suggestions people have been throwing around. Slight potency increase to Bloodspiller. Reduce or remove mp cost of Dark Passenger. Right? It needed more of a dps gain than it got to make up for lack of utility. Well you could give it utility instead, like Sole Survivor also places a vulnerability up debuff on the target to boost raid dps. If that's too much... I guess an aoe shield mitigation to match the other two tanks?
I made a thread in general in regards to tank balance:

Honestly I think this is kind of an issue that needs to be in general discussion because at this point it doesn't just affect tanks.

Anyone expecting anything different is obviously not familiar with FFXI's Drk and SE's updates... A similar pattern appears.

Are you talking about how PLD in Heavensward went from being the worst tank in the to the best tank in the game in Stormblood? If so then you're probably talking about how they are going to over buff DRK in 5.0 and maybe WAR...
But that may be wishful thinking... 5.0 will become the Final Fantasy 14 equivalent of World of Warcraft's Warlords of Draenor expansion... calling it right now...
I'm not that good at math, and play on PS4 so don't check any kind of fflogs, but isn't .5-.6% increase in overall DPS massive? For example, if the average DRK contributes 3k, they would now be doing 4.5k? I see .5 and .6 and think 50%-60% respectively, but I think you mean 5%-6% (.05-.06%). Just trying to clear up any confusion, coz I look at these updates, and I am seeing only a very marginal DPS increase to DRK. Like, not even enough to actually look forward to.
Bok's math is wrong. They failed to consider the Haste effect from Blood Weapon which is a damning error on their part as that is going to be one of the largest benefits from the change to delirium. All Bok focused on was the resource gain while outright ignoring the fact we have the potential to gain GCDs from Blood Weapon. It's a buff, albeit a small one, but Bok needs to redo their math before making such bold claims. Simply using the GCD delay for the Genji weapon isn't enough when Blood Weapon itself lowers our GCD, cast times, and recast times by 10%.
