    The delaying of purchasing a house for individuals is just plain dumb. Why would you do this SE?

    4.1 housing situation was dumb. This is smart... sort of... individuals can still relocate from their small plot to a large one that could've gone to an FC.

    The limit is greatly welcomed but the free-for-all is more fair then allowing people to still relocate. Why is that even allowed? They have a house already.

    Don't know, it's stupid. I'm just mostly happy that my FC may have a chance at getting a large plot.

    I...wouldn't be so sure that larges will be open to anyone who doesn't own an FC. I feel they are witholding some information still even though I am a home owner I still think larges should be only for FC'S
