The game has a T rating, which generally means that it covers suggestive themes and bad language. Just mentioning "necro futa vore" does not breach anything, so long as they don't go into full detail in such public chats. As for "Futanari" being offensive, since when? That is literally saying Hermaphrodites are offensive to Transgender people.

Edit: If you're purely talking about the Westernised version of the Futanari which is incorrect in it's meaning... Then it still is not offensive, and I really don't see how you would think it is. It's just a fictional gender which people may fantasise about, which would be closer to a Chimera Human, rather than anything related to Transgender.
