I support this 100%
I highly agree with this!
There can still be people complaining about this being a new thing, but only because they have different style in diff characters (actually saw a dude giving this shit excuse) or they bought the house from flippers with more gil which is on them. Since SE doesn't support that at all. Let people pick which house they want to keep and do the one house per account restriction for ALL not just new players or house buyers. That is unfair how old hoarders can keep their many houses.

I 100% support exactly what the original poster said!!!
I would only add:
Allow private housing to have “additional chambers.”
Thank you!
This would be great. Make it happen SE!

Signed! More reasons to stick to one house is well appreciated and desirable. We need more solutions to the housing crisis.

We’re all advocating for the type of game we want to see. Mine just happens to clash with yours. I like a story driven game, where people can come together as a community, and defeat challenges based on a PVE format. I want to work together. [snip] You’re not gonna like what I say, but I’m gonna say it regardless because I want Square Enix to hear the other side.

very logical , totally agree

I don't even have any alts nor plan to make any, but I see the huge benefit in this and agree.
Would love that. Then i could give up my small house i have on my alt.
