There are some THM/BLM spells that have DoTs on it.

correction, that have dots with a specific proc rate.
do you remember the proc rate of things in past FF games especially FFXI?
things hardly ever proced in FFXI. the only thing i could hope for is that the proc rate is nothing like FFXI
15 abilities each? what is this... Kindergarten?A jack of all trades WHM... what is this 1989?
Um, I think you mean when people didn't gear for enfeebling did things "not proc", because I'm pretty damn sure my enfeebles were rarely resisted as my RDM unless they have flatout resistance to it, for example Shiva resisting ice and earth based enfeebles. Things proc'd all the time if you didn't suck, plain and simple. Even my Blue Mage debuffs proc'd, you know, lowering defense, attack, evasion a powerful slow (before slow II became common place) and 3 - 4 sleeps (at the time)? When exactly did you play FFXI? Because I honestly don't remember enfeebles ever having a "never proc'd" period post 2002.
It was Final Fantasy VII did debuffs truly not matter in the long run, stuff like Poison and Bio had its uses, but the majority of other debuffs were just plain useless.
im sorry that isnt what i was talking about. i was talking about hidden or extra effects that were based of a proc rate. not whether or not your spell itself would land.Um, I think you mean when people didn't gear for enfeebling did things "not proc", because I'm pretty damn sure my enfeebles were rarely resisted as my RDM unless they have flatout resistance to it, for example Shiva resisting ice and earth based enfeebles. people keep praising
"its easier for newbies and the hardcore though..."
"its easier to balance"
"its easier its easier its easier"
i want a massive list of spells so i can choose how i solo THEN change to whats necessary for my grouping and endgaming.

Yeah this is so depressing. What the heck SE - mages with only 5ish spells? I mean nukes of 2 different elements AOE and non AOE, a "spell" which is more like an ability and sleep? That's just sad.
