I thought they would make this expansion last longer than the previous one, meaning that they would have 2 more patches. That'd mean that there might be a 4th tier for Omega? There is 4 "spheres" when you unlock Deltascape.

It's noted here with a few sources that it may have a longer patch cycle compared to 2.X and 3.X aka we could see less lag between 4.X to 5.X.

For all we know though the 4.6/4.7 if they are to happen might not have Omega/24 man raid they may just be QOL/vanity updates til 5.X is ready.

That would mean that the Relics have a shorter questline or shorter time to finish than previous relics have had. Since SB relics wont be released until the .25 patch atleast. If they want to stick to the same amount of patches to finish the Relics as before, I'd imagine this xpac being extended.
