I don't like loli-culture either, but I don't think "looks like children" = "being children," especially since we already have freaking Lalafell (unless you have a problem with them, too). I don't think the majority of people who would appreciate the smaller, "cuter" iteration of a new race are advocating for playing as children per sé, but simply like/want a smaller, more lithe-bodied option to play as, especially since that option doesn't exist for any male characters of any race (barring Lalafell, who are...a bit more than just small and lithe lol).

Not to mention, what exactly do you mean when you say "children"? If you're talking about any character that is "underage," then I guess you must have a problem with 16-year old Alphinaud and Alisae (who, might I add, are extremely small-statured for mid-late teenaged Elezen). And like...a vast portion of main characters, male and female, in the entire Final Fantasy series. I mean, if that is the case, then that's your opinion and mindset, which is your prerogative. But I think calling a bunch of people "willfully ignorant" is pretty harsh.
