Should Fey Union be an Aoe?

though no one seems to think to specify if their idea of the AoE should center on Eos or the target.

I would assume Eos since it would require better understanding of the job. Knowing where to place her and when, for example. If the AoE would be centered on the target then it wouldn't require as much skill on the SCH's part.
