You can get it from Saint Mocianne's Arboretum and Pharos Sirius (Hard)

There is a Tank version of it too called the Coat of the Defiant Duelist but it is an Olive Green color (still looks nice, imo).

I tanked in the Vault for the first time tonight, with my sis as healer (RL sis) for her first time through it on any class. We had one wipe on Charibert but otherwise things went ok. Unfortunately, I have a bad habit of explaining mechanics and what not to do, and then doing exactly what I just said not to do *lol* Oh well, what can you do, right?
