they should drastically increase teleport and repair costs and increase the taxes on the market board (and make it so that the seller ALWAYS has to pay taxes. it's not fair for the seller anyway that the buyer decides if and how much taxes the seller has to pay). and yes, housing should be made more expensive too. but maybe not 10 times the price, that's still a bit much, but maybe twice or three times the current price.

we need more gil sinks :O

especially teleport should be made into some kind of luxury: we have airships, chocobo porters, ferrys and of course mounts for traveling, wich are all not worth using because teleporting is just too easy o.o/
