I say the difference is 40 to 60? Either or my gameplay on XIV on my baby PS4 is anything but crappy. Mosto f my PC friends I'm talking too are wishing they had my fps and stableness. Then again most people aren't running anything better than apro on their PC says stream so who knows. But that's stream saying that. But that was a year ago I seen that and it might've been hyperbole so who knows. If anyone knows what stream said or meant please help. As I can't remember the details but only the headline I read somewhere. I do wish PS4 could use links in the chatblock tho. - doesn't have any PC so yes.. I'm typing this on controller on my PS4.-
explanation for the current steam(not stream) survey is that the gtx 750ti is the most used card on the platform, at 14.61% of the people taking part in the survey. this card was very popular in rigs aiming to perform as well or better than the vanilla ps4. budget systems tend to use reliable, affordable cards that don't require a connection to the power supply or a PSU over 350-400 watts. alternatively, they use these things to upgrade a business desktop(good ones for budget gaming can be found on ebay for as low as $100-150) and play from there. the price is close to what the console market demands and the performance is oftentimes great at 1080p depending on what games you want to play.

however, behind it are cards like the gtx 960(14.06%), the 1060(13.41%). these cards are the next step up and require connections to the PSU instead of just drawing power through the motherboard(motherboard slots can channel up to 75 watts currently).
Behind THAT is the gtx 1050 ti(9.90%), which is like the 750 ti but better. since a lot of budget gamers don't buy the new stuff just because it's out, this card might require some time to completely overtake it's predecessor.
behind the 1050ti is the gtx 950(6.03%), a card which I am surprised to see there because it had nothing noteworthy to comment about. I'm guessing it's picked because it's quite affordable.

And then there's others but I just wanted to cover the top 5. the thing is, you have to go through the whole list because just reading the top card tells you next to nothing when there's so many cards that any single one of them has a very low chance of making up even 20% of the survey. and the closest we have right now is a card that was heavily fan-publicized for it's affordability and utility. even THAT only gets 14%.
