If they sold the items without the ingame items that would be fantastic! I still believe that in a sub game, everything in it should be obtainable in game in. If you want it fast, buy it. Or you could earn it over time.... something to aim for

the more whales buy in the cash shop, the more will be put in there, until the whales themselves run out of blubber and suddenly think oh, but anyways
