The Zodiac "Saga" has been a terrible experience for me.... It shouldn't be.

All 8 that need to have Atma infused into them(PLD, NIN, WAR, WHM, BLM, SCH, SMN, MNK). Probably going to do the FATEs as SMN just so that I can gain EXP on it while I do it.

I was under the impression you needed to have your weapon in use? or is it just inventory?

The OP is absolutely right. I'm utterly baffled how people seem to value their time on earth so low that they are satisfied and proud to have grinded=ie participated in content where no enjoyment is found. I wouldn't be surprised if it took around 100+ hours to complete arr relic "saga" at the time of release. Its made up of boring b**chquests that aren't entertaining or fun and you people are lapping it up like a dog licking piss.

Pretty sure it needs to be equipped, but you can farm hundreds of them on one class if you want. So I can have the SMN one equipped and farm enough for all of them

Or people want to do it because they feel like it? Not everyone has the same definition of fun. If I feel like doing this, then that is up to me. You saying people must not value their time on earth for doing these quests baffles me as you made the conscious decision to come here and bash on people that decided to do that OF THEIR OWN FREE WILL. A lot of people will do them because they are a completionist, or they want the weapons for glamour. Whatever their reasons, it doesn't cause you any harm, so leave their decision alone. You don't like it? IGNORE IT!

At least my complaints where constructive criticism and meant to warn others WHAT to do/expect when its encountered TO HELP THEM...telling them they are stupid like you did...that's just...stupid.
