All Mp is a little drastic, and this makes me believe that this is a "OH SHIT" move to get away from danger. Yoshi-P has said that FFXIV will develop into the type of game that requires crowd control and hate management for future content and i could imagine players failing in that aspect thus getting hate as a WHM and needing a move such as this one.

But the all MP aspect of this move puts it on a tier of its own. To justify this the move must be extremely powerfull making it similar to a WHM "Super(2 hour)" ability instead of a whm regular ability. Will this move turn into a Oh shit we are failing gather up and WHM bomb type thing? If so then im against this because i would like an ability i could use on a regular basis and not just when we are fucking up.

Could something like deal damage to all enemies within range. Chance to inflict Bind, and silenced for X amount of seconds work better than simply exauhsting all of my MP? The only way i could see this working is if our MP regen is through the roof.

If the devs truly want this to be some sort of super whm bomb thing then il have to deal with it, but if the devs simply wanted a form of punishment for a good move then i suggest rethinking this one. Other than that im happy with the changes.

If it doesn't have a minimum mp cost I'm thinking it would be nice to use when you're out of MP and before using the new ability that grants you stored MP.

This spell does sound a bit gimmicky... but it could depend on how strong the spell is and how MP regen will be handled.

If the AOE is large enough and the bind effect is reliable enough I really do think it could be a useful "oh crap run away ahhh" type move too =P
