Or people being told that it would be nice if they work on their rotation to improve gameplay and still cry that they were harrased.

Yeah, I honestly don't understand why some people feel harrased when given feedback. I once had to ask a paladin to use flash more and was met with the all too famous "you don't pay my sub" and how I was a healer and not the tank.
