Let me ask you this. did you have a problem before the free transfers?? or before the mateus ward was blown up by free transfer people...

The funny thing is, the two that own Ward 12 Goblet on Mateus are some of the nicest people, and they are doing some seriously amazing work in those houses. They actively use them, the gardens almost always have something growing, etc. And once a house is more or less finished being decorated, it is opened to the public to be used for RP, gpose, whatever people want, and they encourage people to use the houses.

Then you look around at the other wards, where there are completely unused houses, locked houses that clearly show no signs of being used, not a single garden plot. Dirty chocobo stables as far as the eye can see. It's laughable, and sad. The people that value and use their houses get so much hate and grief by people that, realistically, are just envious and mad that they didn't get one, and instead of being angry with the people that are just sitting on houses doing nothing with them, they get upset with the people that are using their houses, just because they own more than one.

It's a tragically broken system that really needs fixed, and not in a way that punishes people for having more than one home, but punishes people for buying homes and doing nothing with them, and people buying homes to flip.

Sinitzor you said earlier you've been harassed in game and here but you've dug your own grave in this case. You own multiple plots and have avidly defended your right them on the forums right down to the bone. Chill man SE has heard you a hundred nay thousand times over. The more you fight unnecessarily is just another bullet on your own foot by your own gun. Chill and see what they come out with because whatever they do you'll have no choice to go along with right?

Man I really hope Yoshida does limit housing per account so I can see all these bitter assholes crying how they only have 1 house. All they need to do is make the house in one server for all their alts to be shared and that's it. People would get a timer to empty their houses or stuff will be dumbed on the Housing enthusiast guy and gils refunded. Stop the hoarders for selling multiple houses and no need to add more wards to the system all the time, so much easier for them as well.

You're funny Dragonrage53. Dug his grave how? He bought his houses fair and square with the intended system as did I.

If you were in our shoes where you bought houses fair as system is designed you maybe would have a different opinion, this goes for anyone who likes to bash on us house owners that has more than 1 house, that we use actively.

Yes we will see what they change but my gutt feeling are telling me we wont see a change on the restrictions on how many own.

I started out with a small house in the beds where 3x plots across the street were owned but locked and no deco outside sans an aetheryte for many months. I assume they were owned by the same person's alts. I eventually was lucky enough to catch a medium that I share with family and a close friend. After I moved to the medium, I went back and the lots were sold that had sat vacant/locked. This is the behavior I would like stopped. Unless instanced housing can be implemented, 1 FC, 1 house and 1 apt would be fair.

As someone who owns multiple homes, I do support 1 personal 1 FC house per server. Just for the sake of fairness, but end of the day said requirement will not change much. Core issue will still be present and adding more wards, forcing those of us that own multiple homes to pick 1 personal 1 FC does not change that a system that is based around a finite supply will always cause a war between those that have and those that do not.

Though speaking of fairness if they were to change the rules only fair thing to do is grandfather in those that currently home multiple homes.

yea ive said it a few times its amazing what they have done. opening there homes to other fc's for events n such. As with the rest of the multi home owners ihope they get to keep them

So me defending my right to keep my houses if they change the rules means im asking for people to harrassed me in game by making alts and calling me all kinds of names and threating to hack my system to let my houses go???? you statement is no better then saying she dressed like that she deserved it.

I have posted alot defending my right to own multi houses. ive pointed out many flaws by SE with this system. and ill keep doing it.

Ive yet in all these threads heard 1 multi house owner argue that they wanted more houses for them selfs. the only thing multi house owners including myself are saying is......If your gonna change the rules now don't punish us for following your rules by taking our homes away.

As someone that doesn't own a house let alone care about owning one, let me ask you this why do you feel entitled to have more than one house? I mean does that seem fair?

Not saying I agree, but let us be fair most people that bought their multiple plots did it when the servers had entire wards empty. At the time it was fair game,and from a rule standpoint still is. Though from what I can tell no one cared unless you were on one of the populated servers.
