    Well it was said 4.0 dungeons, it didn't specifically say 4.0 leveling dungeons, at least thats what I had read.

    I don't know why you included the ARR, I never stated ARR dungeons.

    That's from the 4.0 patchnotes regarding the sure drop at duty completion.
