Prohibit the advertising of content sales via the cross-server PF

Giving out account info/logging into someone else's account is a TOS violation though there's no way what they are advertising doesn't violate the rules.

Again, that tos violation is just to cover Square in the event someone gives their info out and loses their account over it. Square cannot be held responsible for idiocy.
