    Dark Knight Living Dead QoL Change

    Just a simple change to Living Dead that i'd like to see done if possible. While i currently have no issues with the ability as is during static progression this change is mainly focused on pug raiding and dungeons as Living Dead is a harder ability to deal with when you have pug healers who don't look for the debuff and i feel this change will also make it easier on static healers. Living Dead gains a visual tell that everyone in the party can see. An hourglass appears above the dark knight and is grayed out with the sand at the bottom and once they reach zero HP during living dead the hourglass flips and the sand turns red as it starts counting down the time to zero. If the dark knight is healed to full the hourglass disappears just like walking dead, otherwise if it reaches zero the dark knight dies. If a change just like this has been talked about before then please disregard, but i'd still like your opinions nonetheless

    In a nutshell, better visuals to show when Walking Dead is proced.

    Certainly a neat idea, but depends on how it is designed. A small hourglass next to a countdown (essentially Doom status) above head / names / titles would do the trick. Then again, I have also seen healers spam their living soul into me while I had Hallowed Ground up in fear my HP dropped, so in a way I'd recommend that all three invulns somehow are displayed above the tank's head.

    But specifically for Dark Knight if your healer doesn't pay attention to your HP / debuffs, then he needs to honestly reroll to a DPS or play DRK himself to understand what it means to have Living / Walking Dead active. In PUGs at least.

    Honestly they really need to either replace the death penalty with weakness status, or replace the skill as a whole that doesn't outright kill you when the mistake was made by another. Hallowed Ground and Holmgang don't straight up kill you when the healer isn't paying attention to debuffs or can't output enough heals to remove said debuff.

    If i could make a change to the initial post i made how about if when the dark knight is healed to full the hourglass turns purple indicating that no more healing is required and for the remaining duration you will take no damage just like hallowed ground would? Or would that be too much since you'd potentially get more invincibility time compared to the other two.

    Here's a few things I'd like to see happen to Living dead (not necessarily all including)
    - +% healing
    - +2-3 more seconds onto walking dead for an extra GCD heal
    - Some kind of visual que(s) (like ff8's old green character for zombie status, red character for berserk status)... Basically something that Alerts the healer that walking dead has been applied and/or still IS currently applied and not cured through yet beyond a debuff icon and a chat box macro. It could even be a Doom counter above the players head.
    - Slightly lower cooldown, considered to be the middle ground between War and PLD's life saving CD's.

    It's kinda sad when you are so worried healers won't remove the status affect in time that you would rather burn a complete set of cooldowns (Rampart>DADM>Shadow wall>Reprisal) and weave a TBN for something like ahk mourn from shinryu EX. I've even done this for the 4th ahk mourn.

    This is a horrible idea. Living Dead 'kills' the DRK allowing them to keep going through things that Hallowed and Holmgang can't stop. This is what makes LD strong compared to the other two. Walking Dead could use some QoL, but it's justified given how powerful LD can be. Either way, if you're low enough during Hallowed or through Holmgang and the healer isn't paying attention anyway, you're still going to die.

    How is a skill that outright kills you because of Someone else's mistake any better? Also WAR and PLD have self heal skills to help them when Holmgang and Hallowed Ground wear off.

    That is if that self heal is enough to actually help you survive.

    Personally, I think in walking dead all of our moves should restore 200% HP. That way we can actually do something to help raise our HP. Like a super bloodbath.

    Or, let Raise give you full HP so that all healers have the same power over your HP.

    Raising LD Dark Knight actually sounds a good idea, that does not contradict with logic. Although i believe it is very hard to implement, given the game mechanics (DK isn't really gets "dead" when get debuff from LD)
