PGL seems disapointing tbh they have to many mp move for my taste they need a move to restore mp. They should make an trait that restore's mp when using second wind for pgl.

PUG Abl. 4: Increases evasion and restores MP when an attack is evaded. Effect fades upon evading an attack or after a certain period of time elapses.

Edit: Also look @ the pic of the class reforms you can see the new casting animation for white magic.

Looks like Bard's have an AoE Refresh, so in parties MP might not be that much of a problem. As a PUG, I've run into MP problems doing those 15 minute Grand Companies leves.
