You just answered the question your self, if it was translated correctly we would have had th3e changes the same day 1.19 went live, that right there should have let you know the notes was translated wrong and it has not been the first time.

Or, and I know this is a tough pill to swallow because you seem to believe SE is infallible, it was translated correctly and they just flat out failed to meet their own deadline like they have all year. But it's also plausible that every single one of this deadlines was a mistranslation. Darn good for nothing professional translators mistranslating times for a year straight...

Wait. Missed their deadlines all year? I seem to recall a very speedy process between 1.18 and 1.19, where they met all expectations. Even the maintenance went down smoothly, which surprised me to no end.

So if stuff has not been translated wrong lets look @ the post for 1.19 casting changes and gear dying changes, if they was not translated properly people would never get confused in the first place.

You seem to be saying that the reason we didn't get the notes when 1.19 went live is because the notes weren't translated properly. You don't seem to be taking into account the likelihood that they're flat out late. Considering how often they've delayed everything else, I don't know why you would rule out this possibility. . .

. . . The class reform notes are six weeks late. Your belief that this is not the case because obviously the notes are mistranslated or we'd have the notes, or because otherwise they'd have let us know doesn't make the notes any less late.

We're having the notes when it'll be time. We know that we'll have them before 1.20, so keep waiting =)

It would be nice to have major update notes as a whole though, and not as a once a week special (this isn't a TV show). Also when using an example, use terms that we can associate with, actual data so we can relate to it. Not this WS1, WS2, WS3 stuff causes effect ABC on target, it means nothing to me since you [Square-Enix] have not really told me anything besides a concept on what you plan to release on the next update...surely you have more than just a loose concept completed this close to implementation.

I just ask for refined and concise words when releasing information that are meaningful, I feel that would alone could cull a lot of the animosity and angst found in these forums.
