Gearing and melding 3 healers at the same time

SpS is something I find mostly inconsequential for healing, but it has value purely from a DPS perspective.

I see some value for SpS for those healers wich rely on HOT (WHM and DiuAST), since it buffs a little efficiency of the Regens. But for SCH, it is almost purely for DPS (maybe it affects Whispering Dawn, but not sure).

Of course, it also drops (a little) the cast time of the heals, but the difference is negligible.

Edit: For progression and some specific fights, I saw people melding Vit on the right.

My personal preference right now is Crit > Det > SpS on the left and Vit > Crit > Det on the right
