Kelpie isn't a drop as far as I'm aware of and unless they add it later on somewhere it'll either end up in mog store or they just won't release it.

Also it's most likely not going to have wings if they do so don't expect it to fly.

However I do agree that a lot of the mounts should fly, flying behemoth would be a site to behold.

The answer of course is yes..Ixion is most def. a horse....but then is a unicorn a horse? XD If your going to split hairs...be ready to answer more questions lol.

Point is there's no real reason that the other primal horses from arr can't fly.

They could make it fly by either having water spray from its feet or by having it encase itself (and the rider) in a giant bubble.

Yeah, if there's enough player response for it, it could happen but still probably only toss it in the damn store for 25 bucks.
