200 on the blacklist is plenty. Do you really never clean it out? I mean the rmt characters are just cycled through so the ones on your list are likely long gone, and if you are blacklisting 200 actual players, you probably should stick to single player games.
Personally, every once in a while I go through my list, and if I can't remember why they're on there, I take them off it.

Bigger friend list is fine by me though.

If you can't remember why some of the older names are on there, take them off. If it was over something petty, take them off after a few days or so when both of you have cooled off or otherwise forgotten about it. Or stop blacklisting people over petty nonsense in the first place.
Pardon me for supporting increasing the blacklist size when we can friend/blacklist. Many people I have on my blacklist I've had for a good while, for reasons I can remember, which I don't need to go into here. What you would call petty would be a very valid reason for many other players. There's no one definite reason for adding someone to the blacklist.

Other MMO RPGs have a much bigger friend/blacklist that are free to play, so I don't know why a Pay to Play MMO RPG has to be so limiting.

Edit: I don't blacklist RMT, so don't assume my list is full because of them.

I agree it should be expanded by perhaps another 100 or so. It doesn’t need to be super long or annoying. If you can’t remember why someone is on your blacklist or not, then perhaps you should remove them. If they start messaging you again or ruin a day in a dungeon, pop them back on it after you report them for harassment. SE doesn’t tolerate toxic or harassing behavior at all.

Plus I doubt you really need to keep 200 on your Blacklist. Most members forget toxic people after a month or more on the blacklist - unless they did something truly outrageous. If you can remember 200 people and exactly what they did - maybe you aren’t cut out for MMOs.

This is why I advocate simply clearing your list instead of asking for a bigger one. I can't imagine how anyone can keep track of exactly what 200 different players did to warrant being on their blacklist indefinitely and I'd be willing to bet that most of them don't know or care that they're on there even if they were blacklisted over a big argument. If you're never going to take them off of your list no matter how long ago you added them, what's the point of adding a bigger list? It would only help you for as long as it would take you to blacklist your way right back to square one.

I personally don't care what your reasons are for blacklisting someone, I have no interest in your personal conflict. I'm just saying that there's unlikely to ever be a good reason to keep anyone on your list indefinitely (or at least never enough at one time that your list of 200 should always been full) and if you never purge your list of old names a bigger list won't help you because you're just going to fill it all over again anyway.

This request is like buying a new set of clothes every time your current ones get even slightly dirty instead of just washing them periodically, but then complaining that you don't have room in your house to hold them all. Adding a bigger closet or a storage shed for the extra clothes won't benefit you if you don't change your habits.

It's why most MMO RPGs I've played were all free, and since of my friends played them I could just up and leave it without missing out on anything. I play XIV with friends, and I'd miss out in getting to do stuff with them if I stopped playing. But yes, I can remember what most of said people on my blacklist have done, and the ones that I can't remember I have removed. And yes, it's annoying that I don't seem to have the ability to forget some of the utter crap I've dealt with certain players, but I enjoy the game still.

Same here. I remember the reason why every person on my BL is there. If I see that they have xferred to another DC, or been deleted/permabanned. I remove them. Otherwise. My BL is full of toxic twits. SE doesn't do much to deter toxic players. If they did. There would be much less of them. Also. I will BL gil spammers. Kinda wish SE would implement a auto-squelch after reporting RMT's. Bigger BL please, and an easier less convoluted way to report trouble toxic players.

I hope it can be implemented soon because there's a lot of people I'd like to add!
before my transfer to NA there was 1 person on my blacklist.

Its now full of RMT Spammers and Venue spammers in under 2 months.

Maybe just add a "contact list", so a person, who wants to track you, just will be able to add you to their list, silently, and see where are u, if u are online and etc.
Ofc people, who don't want to share this info, may invisible mode, and blacklists.

But usually people add me to friend list, not coz they want to be friends, coz they want to track me, and I have deal with 200/200 friend list, having no idea who are these people.

Why in the world would you need more than 200 friends? This isn't Facebook...
Delete the people you don't talk you anymore and remove from your blacklist you don't remember.
