Remove gender restrictions from all gear, even if it means making slightly modified versions of things for male and female characters(such as the Thavnairian Bustier. Keep the dress, but maybe change the top for guys).
Might be best to do it going forward if they decide to do so, it's a pain to go back and re adjust. I rather they spend their time on newer content -.-/
