The only thing that you listed that's a stretch within the FF universe is the rocket turtle. The Falcon is crude but well designed and within the limits of current magitek design, fat chocobos (yes even flying ones) are a thing, and the Kokopopkorripor mount is some magical plant critter, Japanese myth maybe? Either way, floating plant thingy not really hindering any suspense of disbelief.

Now, you bring out something silly like the crossover mounts, and obviously there's nothing tying them down to the established limits for obvious reasons. Which is what the cloud bike would fall under anyway. No, it fitting or not is not the deal, Yoshi doesn't want it in because it would look stupid going half its speed, and also if it were in people would demand it fly, and that's just another level of dumb.

While I get that this isn't Yoshi's reason of not adding the bike to the game, this is still a really weak excuse. We have an entire empire that specializes in making mechanical things, the Garlean Empire.

Not only that but they already backtracked on the whole 'doesn't fit the setting' angle by adding the Yo-Kai crossover mounts. Arguably the Garo mounts as well - though they do a much better job at fitting in with the setting itself.

the bike in question is pretty huge its a double wheel race bike.

it's smaller than the Behemoth mount.

and also if it were in people would demand it fly, and that's just another level of dumb.
