Wondering When Information on HQ revamp going out

I've been thinking about the HQ changes just recently myself.

This is only my guess. People have been asking if there's any quicker ways to go about crafting, namely if you're just trying to skill up. I think the quick method may still HQ if you use all HQ mats, but it's going to take some rng if you're using no or not all HQ mats. Then with the slow method, HQ mats=HQ synth, and if you don't have all HQ mats you can still attempt for a HQ item but you have a little more influence in trying to do so (careful synths, touch ups, etc).

Anyway waiting to hear more about this.

I'm curious how chaotic elementals will ruin said HQ crafting to. I think that's why Yoshi might not be so "If you have HQ, it will come" at this time as we get closer to the reveal.
