Petition for more wards / instanced housing

So, 67 pages of signatures times ~10 posts per page is ~670 new houses (across all English servers, which, mind is less dramatic). Even with 4.2, are there going to be 670 houses for sale, one new subdivision per housing district?

I am sensing this petition will go on far longer than 4.2 as probably a very small number of people who were disgruntled by the turn of events when SB housing went live actually stopped by to sign the petition. We shall certainly see around February!

I wll sign if something is actually being fixed and changed about the method who and how plots are being purchased. Lucky people first come first serve is still kind of unfair for everyone. Owning a large plot as one single person while tons of FCs are without housing is not fair, new wards for FC's only as well!

I have to disagree with you. It's unfair cause a single player is faster than a FC to grab a house? Tons of FC are without houses, there is open small houses all the time on my server. I imagine it worse on big busy servers and I do agree something needs to change but i'm getting sick and tired of all the salty people who says large is fc only, no its not.

Large houses shouldn't just be for FC's but a rat race shouldn't be a part of house hunting.

I like some others spend a lot of time crafting outside of my house. I am very fortunate to have spent a lot of time getting the exact location for AH access. I really do like the idea of instanced housing, if it allowed me to do more things than I can do today with my housing. Signed

I wish they would stop adding wards and just expand apartments to become full houses.

I own a large house and find it ludicrous I have 3 large gardening plots as an advantage over people in apartments who can have 2 pots.

Housing is not a right. I hear all sorts of people saying that it is not fair because they do not have time to camp, gil to get or other myriad excuses. Housing is a status item and its scarcity is what makes it popular. The complaints would be the same as people that are not able to experience savage or extreme content because they are not good enough or do not have the time for a static, so they ask for it to be nerfed. If you really want housing reclamation begins again soon, camp the aetherytes if you want it so much. That is what I did and countless other before and after me did. All i see when i come into these threads are a bunch of salty people that just want stuff given to them.

It's quite unfair to have the ability to have 3 large planting nodes and a FC airship compared to people in apts who have 2 pots and no airship access.

Last time i did check, savage and extreme were always available for anybody to do at any moment. I didn't get this kind of discussion when trying it :

Npc at the savage/extreme entrance : "sorry but you cant enter to kill the boss, there is already x00 players with savage/extreme stuff on the server, that's the maximum allowed !".
Me : "uh ? x00 players max for xx000 on the whole, server, are you kidding me ? What do i have to do to get better stuff then ?"
Npc : "well, you have to wait for one of the x00 players to stop paying their subscription for 45 days, and snatch their spot !"
Me : "45 days ? And if nobody among these x00 stop playing ?"
Npc : "well, then you will never get better stuff."
Me : "and if another player get the free spots because i am at school or work irl ?"
Npc : "then you will never get better stuff as well".

Comparing savage and housing is a so flawed argument XD

For my part i will wait for the bigger announced apartments, hopefully if it goes well it will be a first step to true instanced housing.
