Me and my raidparty didnt get our lootchests and datalog

In-game time: 7:58 a.m. servertime
Area: Omega 1 Savage
Steps:
1. we were looking for a party
2. as we started, fast we finished the raid
3. after finishing Omega 1 savage, we didnt obtain any lootchest and our datalog
4. BUT the duty finder said, that we cleared the raid (without getting our loot and datalogs)

pls check the chatlog, and you will see the results of our raidclear.
if we would get another Chance to obtain our loot, it would be fair.

With regards to the chests, had anyone in the group already cleared V1S for the week? If more than 5 people in the group have already cleared, no coffers will drop.

2 chests: 0 players have already cleared
1 chest: 1-5 players have already cleared
0 chests: 6-8 players have already cleared

Also, if you or any other players entered into a higher floor before clearing V1S, you will not receive coffers or datalogs. So, if you cleared V2S or V3S before V1S, the game marks V1S as "cleared" and "loot received."

the day before the reset we cleared 1 and 2 (so we could go into 3), but we played the duty on tuesday at 7:58 a.m. Server time. so we cleared it at 8:10 a.m. and our dutys were reset (we could go into Omega 2, but not in 3 (as the day before the reset)).

If I'm understanding the times correctly, the weekly reset happened while you were fighting. I imagine that would cause issues as it seems like the number of loot chests is determined when you zone into the raid.

yeah, we started 2 mins before the reset ...

if u go into duty Roulettes 2 mins before or what ever, u also get your Bonus exp ect after finishing the Roulette.

for the roulette i know it counts when u clear it, not when u enter.
but for savage maybe its a weird mix of both.

yeah, that could be possible, but no solution for my Problem ... how can somebody solve this Problem? i mean, as every Player who wants, i just wanne get my weekly loot and dont get out with nothing ... also i wasnt warned that i can loose my chests and logs. and to be fair, where should get a casual Player get this Information? :/

The Savage loot rules for chests were in the 4.1 Patch Notes. I believe there is also something mentioned about how to queue into a duty to ensure a group gets their coffers is mentioned in Raid Finder (you queue in Duty Completion to exclude players that have already cleared for the week). If you cleared V2S or a higher floor after reset, it counts for that week, not for the previous, even if you queued in before the reset.

It works the same way as daily roulettes in that sense—you can queue into Leveling Roulette 10 minutes before reset, but if you clear it after the daily reset, you receive the reward for that day, not the previous day. So, in other words, if you cleared a higher floor after reset, even if you queued in before reset, it will mark any lower floors as already cleared and as loot already being received. The time you queue doesn’t matter; the time you clear does.

My advice would be to not decide to do clears minutes before weekly reset, but rather schedule them an hour or two before, if not days before. That is the solution to your problem; learn from your errors this week, and don’t repeat them.

the problem is that she cleared in the new week, but the game thinks they already cleared, since they entered having cleared the prior week.

Then I misunderstood, because it sounded like they had cleared a higher floor after reset occurred but then went back in to start on V1S. But my advice is still similar: if they want to ensure they get the clear for the proper week, do not queue in minutes before. Schedule them in advance well into a reset week's time frame. I believe there's something in RF about queue times (something that specifically addresses them), but I am not at home to screenshot it.
