Thanks! I don't have trouble with the final roof jump, it's the jump down to the lamp post that I keep failing.

I tried this, twice, landed on the lamppost both times. I can confirm it works.

If you are a dragoon, you can cheese the last jump to reach the roof, instead of doing that risky jump on the small board, you can face your character's back toward the roof, make so your head don't hit the roof, jump and when you reach the maximum height, use Elusive Jump. It should put you at the top if done correctly.
