SE strategy:
- Start a recruit incentive program with gold feathers, etc.
- Blocks highly populated servers from bringing in friends that might be a bigger chunk than what the lower populated servers could bring in.
- Create a cap on the number of possible recruits so players are unable to get every gold feather reward.

Yeah, great system. They should ditch it, and convert it all in-game via achievement points or whatever. Anything would be better than this garbage.
