Failed to receive additional Beast Tribe Quests

I completed the 3 available quests from Zukin prior to undertaking "Test of Courage". As these Beast Tribe Quest are part of my Daily routine they were accepted and completed after the daily reset (10:00 CDT). As stated above "test of Courage" was completed @ 14:00 CDT. While I didn't fully read the dialog the normal protocol is that I receive the additional quest if these conditions are met. As these are the first Beast Tribe quests I do everyday I had 9 available (still have 3 available after the completion of my daily routine. Hope this clarifies things.

Upon hitting Rank 7, you will not receive the bonus 3 quests from the Beast Tribes. You only get the theee additional quests from ranking up to rank 4 through 6.
