All cards from every raid ever need to become personal drops. Not 24 man loot

They should add an NPC that unlocks in the airship after you beat the raid that you can play cards with that drops these cards so at least there is another option instead of dice rolling against 20 or so people. (Some of the 24man ARR cards have NPC drops) Either that or once this content is dead they can add the cards to the coin NPC like they did with the orchestrion rolls for the HW 24 mans.

pretty sure rabanastre cards are loot drops due to the lack of minion

Because they want you to keep running these raids and they're willing to incentivize each separate drop (minion, crafting agent, card, equipment) to do so.

Besides, its week 3 and I'm already noticing less people rolling on each individual card, likely because the percentage of people that already have them is going up. Stop being so reactionary and keep running it, you'll get it eventually.

Even just doing it once a week(if you get your drop for the week) you will eventually get it. Happened to me with the Void Ark minion. Took me until almost SB to finally get it.

I wanted to circle back to this.

I just got the 2nd card I needed from the raid on my 72nd clear (First dropped on my 13th run). I had a lot of near wins over the runs, and picked up 14 music scrolls (which went to FC mates who collect music) So it's just a matter of time and repeating things.

Having finished this, I feel the best way this could be improved is of the two cards each could also drop directly from their respective bosses into your inventory like all other dungeon drop cards do in addition to the ones in the chests at the end. That would probably deliver faster card getting for most folks, and still provide a lot of re-running motivation.
