So in order to minimize wipes and annoyances, depending on the fight, I don't open up with Storm's Eye -> Storm's Path. I do Storm's Eye into Butcher's Block, because at the end of the day, all it's gonna cost me is one extra Onslaught.

I'm V1S and V2S, you don't really need to worry about it. But in V3S you have a high chance of losing agro, ESPECIALLY if you get targeted by the swapping mechanics. And in V4S you might not lose agro at the start, but you will later on, so you might as well just Butcher's Block at the start and it'll hold until the swap.

Also, when it comes to Defiance vs. Deliverance, the agro difference is marginal. So just open up with Tomahawk, use Equilibrium, and immediately go into Deliverance. If you time it right, you won't clip your GCD.
To be fair, if you're doing savage content and you have tanks who won't shirk/ninjas who won't use shadewalker/dps who won't use aggro tools, they have no business being there. This is savage, not expert roulettes...time to step it up people.
