They probably don't want to make them too powerful otherwise it forces people to have to be in an FC and a lot of people, for whatever reasons, don't want to join FCs.

Not that I disagree with everything you've said, sounds like some cool ideas, although the teleport buff, if you make the grade 3 action, is a whopping 40% reduction cost (which seriously adds up if you're doing a lot of teleporting between ARR/HW areas and SB areas).

Yeah the Grade 3 Buffs basically already handle that particular complaint, they're just annoying to make.

Yeh from memory they're about 90 mouse clicks each which is just crazy

I tend to make 20 or 30 at a time and it's such a relief to be done
