That would be very stupid of them. This is not the players fault, but the developers fault for building the tails in the upper body of those races, which inturn means the tails for his outfit also had to placed in the upper body.

It does seem pretty dumb to have the tail be part of the chestpiece. It really makes no sense since a number of people would probably use the pants simply for the tail while having the top they wanted. Come on SE it should have been obvious.

I don't think anyone can be stupid enough to put the tail on the top by mistake or by ignorance. It's just beyond imagination. So it must be on purpose.

The modeling team most likely put the tail on the bottom at first but Yoshida said no because he didn't want people to glamour just the tail. So he instructed the team to move the tail to the top. There's no other explanation.

You can't be competent enough to make a great game like this but all of the sudden go ultra derp and put the tail on the top by mistake. That's like creating a whole new franchise that swept the world then suddenly fire the director that made it all possible!

This. I think they did it on purpose. Everyone would be glamouring their legs to the wolf tail, and it would likely clip horribly with a lot of chest pieces. Make it a part of the top, problem solved.

Not that I don't understand your points... CEPT cat players tails clip through pieces all the time. WHY is it suddenly a problem.

Not to mention because they put in on the chest piece, and its obviously wasn't made to be attached to it, ITS CLIPPING THROUGH THE CHEST PIECE in a much worst manner than if it were to clip through a coat etc. At least then I wouldn't be able to see the god awful seams.
