Regarding the Centurio Tiger Mount

I think it needs to stay right where it's at. This mount wasn't added to be obtained by everyone in the game. It was pretty much put in for those dedicated hunters that had been doing Hunts since they released in 2.0. I watched a friend, who is also the LS Master of the oldest running Hunt LS on Balmung, get the achievement with the first S rank spawn after 4.0. This whole "Ugh, if I want that I have to work hard and put time into it, please nerf" attitude is very pathetic. If you want it that bad, join a Hunt LS, learn how to spawn the S ranks, watch the timers, and be ready for them. If you don't want to put that level of effort into it? No Tiger mount for you.

Leave it alone. The nerf brigade is strong in this game. And I have 2000 S ranks but don't really hunt A's.

Agreed. I don't want to see all the half-assed, only shows up when an S Rank is called, only relays hunts, never actively finds hunts themselves people on the tiger mount.

If you have the tiger, or close to getting one, mad props goes out to you.

No one in this thread is asking for this to be readily available to everyone, nor are we shying away from hard work. 1k S ranks is still a very large amount and it's not like suddenly 90% of the playerbase will have it even if they nerf it.

I've been against nerfs since the begining of this game, and I still think that 2k S ranks is... insane. I'll agree that cutting the requirement in half (1k S ranks) is reasonable. Like Willian here says, 1k is still a lot and not many players are active hunters in order to achieve that number. It will still require plenty of time to complete, and that's fine.

I agree with everything except this. The last thing I need is my weekly target ping ponging around the map.

I think the S rank kills should stay the same at 2000. Tiger won't be nearly as special at lower kills required. Not to mention, this achievement gets nerfed every expac because more S ranks are added.

Well that makes it very rare indeed. If you ever see one ..Take note. That person invested an insane amount of time getting it. However there has to be almost unobtainable things like this in the game that takes large amounts of time to aquire. It keeps people playing and keeps making SE money.

I feel it's fine as is. Long term goals aka "achievements that will take me years" is fine to have here and there, in my opinion.
