Monsters/enemies you wish were mounts.

I've sure everyone's seen a monster or two that they wished they could go for a joyride on.

As far as new things go, I'd really want a hydra mount. They probably wouldn't even need a saddle, as the positioning of their back spikes and the shape of their back in general gives them multiple spots that a rider could sit in at least semi-comfortably. Or you could just cling the back of the center head's neck.

The magitek crawlers also look like perfect mount material, though I imagine that rather then riding inside one, we'd just get a re-programmed autonomous one that we sit on top of instead (Which would look more amusing, anyways).

More recolors would also be nice, such as a blue griffon like Vochstein, a rainbow manta like Okina, or even a simple biast instead of just the drab brown drake we have now.

I've wanted a snurble minion / mount since I first saw them in 2.1 when I started playing. The day I ran into one outside Camp Drybone I fell in love ;-; cute little snurbles!

Their tiny old man face makes me like them even more.

I used to really want a Korpokkur Kid mount. Imagine my happiness when I saw we were getting one in 4.1. I even logged out in the Gold Saucer on patch night lol... cause priorities.

That horse from the chariot boss in Rabanstre is a pretty obvious candidate. I see the devs putting such a mount into that raid in the future as a major incentive for people to keep running it.
