Odin server Hunt *Please help us*

We spent many hours to spawn S and find A rank and we do share them on linkshells to have many players as possible get it, but there are some guys that use third party app like radar.

They go there and as soon as they arrive they pull, even if they are alone, ruining all the hard work we made for spawn.
So if you cant do something to punish this kind of behaviour then please do something to avoid it changing the way hunt are pulled.

Make it so hunt are invulnerable for first 5 minutes after they are targeted for the first time, so everyone can have the time to get it since not everyone have fast loading screens or radar.
This way those players will be forced to wait before pull.

Those people have linkshells called "Early Puller" "Pre Puller" and "Ninja Puller", I mean, not only they dont get punished for how they disrespect the community, but they also are getting fun out of this situation and you are supporting them by not doing anything.

They aren't designed to be given to the full server. Making them invulnerable for five minutes sounds terrible.
That isn't to say I condone radar apps and such. I only use linkshells. Sometimes I make it I'm time, others I don't. That's just how it is.

They're having fun by making fun of people. I don't know are they using 3rd party app but SE have to do something about this.

While I don't support such behavior, why would SE do anything? Why report them? They don't break any rules. Just because some of us decided to play together and share, doesn't mean it's the "right" way to play.

This is correct. Are they jerks? Yes. Are they breaking the rules? No. Sorry. :/

As for Hunt tracker apps, those are a different matter entirely and best discussed separately. There is a lot of misinformation out there about those.

I solo ARR and HW A's when I find them. I got stuff to do, I'm not going to wait for ya'll to gather. 'I wish everyone can get credit from every hunt' is boring now.

Well i think someone lost the meaning of how the hunts are made to be done:
if you solo all A rank you find and i do the same and everyone do the same at the end of the day you kill 3/4 hunt versus the 50 or more you can kill if you work with sharing system and coordination from everyone that hunt.
And this is not mine or some others person opinion, this is just a matter of fact.

There's pretty much always that guy who pulls hunts immediately on every server.

As previously stated, they're not breaking any rules, so there's not really anything that could be done other then convincing the more courteous players to keep their cool and not start attacking the S rank until more people arrive.

The people who attack the hunt in response to an early puller are honestly at almost as much fault, because it's extremely unlikely that a player or two are going to cause enough damage to deprive an entire group of full credit for a hunt unless they're allowed to lower it to 25% HP or lower before anyone starts attacking. Even then, it only takes me six threat combos to get full credit from a ARR S rank solo as PLD, so a group of players can achieve the same amount of threat with ease.

This person gets it. If you're at a hunt, and someone pulls early, you will join in. No exceptions. We as a community need to accept some responsibility instead of just blaming a few bad apples.

My opinion is that there is no such thing as an early puller. I often go out of my way to scout hunts and then share them with 5 hunting link shells. If I'm not hunting, I repost hunts. I usually wait about 3-5 mins before pulling, which I think is a reasonable amount of time for people to drop what they are doing and teleport into the zone.

The only people who complain about 'early pulls' are the self-entitled people that don't scout, and don't repost links. Other people do the hard work for you and all you do is benefit. This is called leeching.

How can you then complain about not getting rewarded when you did nothing to deserve it in the first place? Nothing entitles you to hunt rewards, if you arrive late and expect everyone to wait for you then prepare to be disappointed. Nobody is breaking any rules by pulling a hunt, and nobody has to wait for you, if you are that salty about missing hunts go do some scouting yourself.

If I see an A rank while riding along in an ARR area, I absolutely stop to kill it. I'm not part of any hunt LS, but if I'm in an SB or HW zone, I'll call it out in shout and that usually draws enough people. It's inconsiderate and selfish to expect people to put everything on hold while you make your way there, especially for HW A ranks which die in seconds.

It's really not a huge deal if you don't get in on every single hunt every time it spawns. I don't understand why some people are still so obsessed with hunts. Is slightly faster riding in legacy areas that important?
