I don't understand people that do this. I fought the server and thousands of other people to get my medium house on the beach in Shirogane, it's worth more to me then 600m gil

exactly... all of our FC members (only 3 of us. lol) planned and practiced ahead of time... and were required to wake up at 5am... (take the day off or work from home) get on discord... update game ahead of time and time our login time... all just to get a house in mmo... but it's was worth over the drama... (we went from small house to mid... I had a chance to get a large for FC and M for my personal... but didn't do so because I know others want houses too.)

Plenty of people don't care about housing but fancy using gil as a status symbol or have enough to funnel other activities like World Progression raiding. Sadly, there are others who just enjoy screwing other people. Regardless, this is all squarely the fault of SE for allowing an easily exploitable system to persist. That subreddit has been overflowing with sellers. They absolutely need to lock housing to our accounts or this will only continue.

Sorry, but I don’t think you get to play the moral high ground if your FC is three whole people, when there’s companies with dozens of people who are still homeless.

SE needs to implement a minimum-membership cap for FC housing like, yesterday.

I read on that subreddit that someone on Excalibur sold one of those 30/60 mansions for over a billion Gil.

On another note - I wish my FCs neighbor would flip their mansion. Their carbuncle house is gaudy AF, why is there no HOA in this game!

One house per account gets you nowhere, because you really think someone can buy an house, change character, load screen, and still get another house to buy in the meanwhile? Only ones that maybe can do that will use third party programs and they need be detected and removed from game for good.

LOL! That sounds like it'd be me if you were on Leviathan. I just used the mansion wall recently and didn't bother to do anything with it, including cleaning up the outdoor furnishing that's just scattered about. It's so damn ugly right now.
