No, it doesn't. And I apologize, because you're right, what I said is out of bounds, and detracts from my point. I struggle with the appropriate way to convey what seems like a truism to me, i.e., greed is not good.

I would actually like to see the ability for people that aren't lucky enough to get a house and could only grab an apartment get the ability to garden, since the only reliable way to get chocobo food is through gardening.
Especially if you're on servers with people that aren't as active as the legacy servers, the chocobo food isn't readily available on the market board. It seems a tad lame to keep a feature locked behind "Having a house," especially if the houses are so limited.

Also, yay. More Wards hopefully in the future.
